We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Package the Item

Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include the RAN.

Ship the Return

Use the prepaid return label we provide or arrange pickup (costs may apply for customer-initiated returns).

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

If we sent you the wrong item, we'll cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item or provide a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.

Late Delivery

If your order arrives significantly late due to our error, you may be eligible for partial refund or store credit as compensation.
